- Abstract
A biography is presented for the 20th-century Polish Jewish physician and medical researcher Emanuel Ringelblum. Details are given highlighting Ringelblum's accomplishments as an active researcher, political participant, and medical practitioner. Accounts of his involvement in the First Congress of Jewish Physicians in 1936 in Tel Aviv, Israel are given. His death at the hands of German Nazis is also mentioned.
