- Abstract
The article discusses a business research study made on nonprofit organizations in education and medical care, and business services industry in considering the performance needed to succeed in their field. It is important for the executives of an organization to have enough knowledge in their market and industries. According to the study, some factors to be considered are learning and market orientation, organizational flexibility, and entrepreneurial management style. Most samples for the study were taken from Tennessee, North and South Carolina, Florida and Georgia.
