- Abstract
By giving priority to the separation of pelvic avascular lateral spaces, the vascular pedicle of pelvic viscera can be exposed and then the pelvic autonomic nerve plane can be isolated too [[4]], thus simplifying the complicated PPE surgery. It is worth emphasizing that the application of our fascial space priority approach can simplify and improve the safety of the operation, whether nerve-sparing or nerve-sacrificing because the pelvic vascular pedicles are isolated beforehand and the pelvic autonomic nerve layer is already exposed.
