- Abstract
Grinding head is the core component of a grinding machine, The working state of its shell, bearing, gear and other internal parts is greatly affected by the impact of blank surface. In order to keep the grinding head in a stable working state, the effects of internal gear contact impact and external impact must be considered. Firstly, the main parameters of the spiral bevel gear was determined, and the two-dimensional model and the three-dimensional model of the spiral bevel gear was established. and the model was simplified according to certain rules. Finally, the first ten free modes of the vibration mode and natural frequencies of the spiral bevel gear were obtained, and the vibration modes and the natural frequencies of the first six contact modes were obtained. The influence of contact and non-contact on the gear mode was analyzed. The results show that the natural frequency of the contact mode is slightly higher than that of the free mode, and the modes are similar. The stress and deformation of the spiral bevel gears are mainly concentrated in the contact region, followed by the compression side and the tension side of the tooth root region, and the maximum stress occurs at the moment when the smaller gear meshing begins to enter the tooth root.
