Abstract
The article features an interview with Clive Finlayson, director of the Gibraltar Museum. He was involved in the research mission on Neanderthals, and excavating Gorham's Cave in Gibraltar. He states that the paleo-weather was based on the pollen records and confirms that the area is not contaminated by modern humans with trace analysis. He also states that they have survived longer that previously thought and were eventually extinct and also discusses the scope of the future work.
