- Abstract
Turkey during World War II and after it have passed important transformation stages of its economy. After recession and decline during 1939- 1945, we found the government tried investment the relative stability state and helps that are presented to USA and south countries of Turkey after its democratic procedures, allow party multiparty pluralism and follow the openness policy of the market economy reaching the elections of 1950 in addition to the reform procedures that the new government done as soften its grip on the Turkish economy through the concept (AL-DOLATEH). The government is allowed foreign capital to work in Turkey in different economic sectors as agriculture and industrial sectors, established banks and associations that are presented loans to farmers and restructured distribution of the land after adopting the agriculture reform law. The adoption of law to encourage the foreign capital which earned funds to the country has been invested to develop the agriculture and industry sectors clearly It is came through using the documents that are saved in books and documents house which is presented by royal Iraqi commission in Ankara to Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and it has been recorded and used as timeline of the document in the historical study.
