- Abstract
Taking a certain type of multifunctional emergency rescue vehicle as the research object, the entity model of the rotary platform of the multifunctional emergency rescue vehicle is established by using Pro/E software. The finite element analysis is performed for the rotary platform of the multifunctional emergency rescue vehicle combined with five typical application conditions, such as independent operation ofexcavating arm, independent operation of boom and cooperative operation of excavating arm and boom, and the strain and stress distribution characteristics of the rotary platform are obtained. The results of finite element analysis show that the structural strength and deformation of the rotary platform meet the design requirements, and the low-stress parts can be optimized for weight reduction based on the results of the stress analysis.
