- Abstract
The article discusses a study on use of molecular tools for epidemiological analysis of infectious diseases of livestock in Zambia. It informs that the study included phylogenetic analysis of rabies virus (RABV), primer designing for reverse transcription loop- mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) assay, and phylogenetic analysis of the glycoprotein gene. The study found that molecular tools are a valuable for obtaining infectious diseases' epidemiological data.
