- Abstract
The article focuses on a study that measures the intercellular content of ferrous in the cells of canine histiocytic sarcoma (CHS) and also reflects on the cytotoxicity of dihydroartemisinin against CHS. It states that dihydroartemisinin (DHA) isolated from Artemisia annua has cytotoxicity against various tumor cell lines. The study reveals that DHA can be used as a novel therapeutic agent for CHS.
