- Abstract
The article focuses on the reversal of newborn granule neuron cellular phenotype in glycogen synthase kinase 3-overexpressing mice (GSK-3β-OE mice). It states that microglia is activated and pro-inflammatory maturational process expands by an increase in neuronal death. It says that the cells have a significant decline in the number and volume of postsynaptic cluster. It adds that treatment with doxycycline did not significantly affect wild-type (wt) mice.
