A case study of a 7-month-old boy with severe asthenia is presented. Topics discussed include results of various tests such as severe anemia, dyserythropoiesis and thrombopenia problem; complications due to diarrhea and vomiting; and the usage of blood transfusion and thrombotic microangiopathy in the treatment.
