- Abstract
The article discusses the difference between employees, independent contractors, and borrowed servants for the purpose of assigning tort liability to employers. Topics discussed include liability action sued by plaintiff against defendant in Homer v. FedEx Ground; a petition filled by plaintiff against defendant in case Lee v. Pulitzer Publishing related to negligent hiring and negligent entrustment and; summary judgment granted by trial court in Caballero v. Stafford in favor of defendant.
