- Abstract
The article focuses on growth of effective and affordable assistive technology with potential benefit both to workers with disabilities and to their employers. It mentions tax, retention, attendance, productivity, and public image advantages of employing workers with disabilities. It also mentions goal of increasing the employment of workers with disabilities by educating employers and minimal cost and unexpected benefits to the employer under Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
