- Abstract
The article focuses on the collective actions of the parties in arbitration in reference to the U.S. Supreme Court case AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion. Topics discussed include role of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) in protecting the right of employees engaged in collective bargaining, role of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in regulating the arbitration clauses and impact of the class action waiver on the arbitration agreements.
