- Abstract
The article presents a study regarding the occurrence of neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs) in the peripheral sympathetic and spinal ganglia (SG) of myotonic dystrophy (MD) patients. It elaborates several complications of myotonic dystrophy including frontal baldness, cardiac conduction defects and endocrine deficiency. It also mentions the use of labelled streptavidin biotin (LSAB) methods with a LASB kit in the immunohistochemical study.
