- Abstract
The application of telescoping decomposition method, developed for ordinary differential equations, is extended to derive approximate analytical solutions of fractional differential equations. This method provides us with a simple way to adjust and control the convergence region of solution series by introducing the multistage strategy. This technique provides a sequence of functions which converges to the exact solution of the problem. The present method performs extremely well in terms of efficiency and simplicity. Some examples are solved as illustrations, using symbolic computation.
