- Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court case Harris v. Quinn about right-to-work laws. It talks about several different meaning of right to work in American labor law. It examines that the court has determined that the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) provision allows objectors to refuse to pay for union political activity. It also talks about how First Amendment allows right-to-work law in the public sector.
