- Abstract
The article offers information on the significance of the fan fiction stories and explores reasons regarding why it is prompting authors to push for control. It discusses concept of authorship and its application to analyze the validity of the control argument in the court. It informs that a case filed by author J. K. Rowling and entertainment firm Warner Bros. against the middle school librarian Steven Vander Ark and his publisher for copyright infringement.
