The article looks at the substantive and procedural law concerning the regulation of K-12 teacher certification in Idaho, along with the focus on administrative rights and procedures under the Idaho Professional Standards Commission. It mentions delineation of the statutory and regulatory scheme for regulating teacher certification. It also discusses allegation and investigation phases of the PSC's assessment of possible unethical conduct by a teacher.
