- Abstract
The article describes the case to demonstrate the utility of using three methods of nonresponse analysis with the objective of establishing convergent results as a way to identify the presence of nonresponse error. Surveys are the often used method of data collection in sports management research but low response rates are always a concern. He says when non-response error exists, survey results can produce misleading conclusions and are not representative of the larger population.
