Abstract
The article describes an academic library search committee's decision-making, practice, and assessment of using performance-based interviews as part of a national search for lecturer-level positions. Topics include their focus on reference and research services along with teaching information literacy in the classroom; and that the search committee has been on the determined performance-based interviews.
