- Abstract
The article offers suggestions for teacher leaders on how to relay information in the most effective ways that will be remembered by their students and new teachers. It suggests that teacher leaders can relay information through storytelling format to stimulate the imagination of the students and that information will be stored to their long-term memory. It notes that teacher leaders should advise new teachers to be proactive in planning for their own professional growth.
