- Abstract
The article provides information on the benefit of planting flower bulbs to students. It notes that teachers could actually facilitate the planting of flower bulbs to students to teach them about seasonal changes and the environmental needs of plants. The activity will let students observe and measure plant growth over time and a cheaper way to have a wonderful garden for children and relates to National Science Education Content Standard C, Life Science. It discusses tips and procedures for science teachers in initiating the activity.
