- Abstract
The article discusses four labor programs in the U.S. namely the collective bargaining program, voting programs, fighting programs and the balancing-up programs. The author states that the programs aim for the improvement of the condition of the wage workers in the country. This article also highlights the relation of each of these programs to the others as well as to the general economic background. The author believes that each program is the logical and inevitable outcome of general economic trends observed in the U.S.
