- Title
Solving fundamental problems in chromatographic analysis.
- Authors
Skov, Thomas; Bro, Rasmus
- Abstract
The article discusses ways of solving fundamental problems which show how more advanced data analytical methods can be a good alternative to traditional tools such as those offered in commercial chromatographic software. The first move in solving these fundamental problems is to transfer the data to a numerical computing environment such as MATLAB. Fundamental problems such as varying baseline and peak shifts must be handled before the actual data analysis.
