- Abstract
The article discusses legal issues involving terminally ill patients, particularly on whether the proposed Compassionate Assisted Dignified Death Act in Pennsylvania would successfully address the need of terminally ill persons to die with dignity. Other topics include the history of the right to die movement in the U.S. and the cases heard by the Supreme Court involving physician-assisted suicide and right to die.
