- Abstract
The article presents the observations of Richard Kitaeff , vice president of Market Facts Inc. on the differences between working for a corporation and working for a vendor. His first observation is the ease with which his fellow workers handle the stress. His second observation is the recognition of the personal freedoms and personal responsibilities is high on the corporate side but less in a vendor. Third, he claims that there are far fewer internal meetings than there are on the corporate side. A fourth observation is that the people in vendor companies are less competitive with each other than they do in the corporation.
