- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 25-year-man with Treacher Collins syndrome (TCS) scheduled to undergo an emergency small bowel resection. Topics include symptoms of hematochezia for two days, a bleeding Meckel's diverticulum diagnosed by enterography computed tomography, history of malocclusion and chronic otitis media without mental retardation. It mentions that the i-gel supraglottic and latex-free airway device was used for airway management of TCS.
