- Abstract
Xichuan County is the core source area and the main flood zone of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project and also the location of the head work. Soil erosion, ecological resources and environmental problems caused by stone desertification are very serious. Study on the characteristics of ecological landscape of stone desertification in Xichuan County is of great significance to prevent and cure stone desertification, restore vegetation, protect and improve ecological environment and ensure the safe operation and benefit of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project. Based on 3S technolog)- and by calculating the landscape index, this paper conducted the spatial configuration analysis of spatial relationship of ecological landscape space of stone desertification in carbonate rocks in Xichuan County. The results show that the ecological landscape of stone desertification in Xichuan County is more broken than that of other rocks, the ecological landscape of stone desertification in non-carbonate rocks is more easily assimilated by carbonate subdivision in natural conditions and the ecological environment has been degraded; the non, potential and mild stone desertification in Xichuan County are the dominant landscape type, the distribution of stone desertification is uneven and the overall fragmentation of ecological landscape is low; the number of patches of mild stone desertification is the most, which distribution is the most continuous and the area is relatively large and the degree of fragmentation is low; the individual plaque area of moderate and severe stone desertification is very small, and the scattered state of sporadic distribution shows a high degree of fragmentation, which the prevention and control of low-grade stone desertification to the high degree of stone desertification should be focused on. On this basis, the Xichuan County stone desertification can be divided into five types of ecological landscape, which can provide theoretical basis for the establishment of the technical system and comprehensive governance model for the construction of stone desertification landscape ecological model.
