- Abstract
The article discusses the increasing crime activity using the Internet. It states that the state governments seek to prevent one form of exploitation emerging in cyberspace in response to ubiquitous Internet access which invades the modern society. It mentions that the criminal statutes which prohibit state sex offenders registrants access to Internet platforms is one of the many attempts to control children's exposure to online sexual predators.
