- Abstract
The article focuses on Phyllonorycter blancardella is assumed to be monophagous in the British Isles, the larvae forming underside mines on Malus including cultivar. Topics include the Phyllonorycter species from Palaearctic region feeding on Rosaceae, the pupal exuviae was partially extruded from the mine so allowing for examination of the pupal cremaster, and the highly suggestive, but not diagnostic, of Phyllonorycter blancardella.
