- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 14-month-old girl who was suffering from pyoderma gangrenosum and necrotic pulmonary lesions. The patient was presented with pyrexia, raised inflammatory markers and an indurated lesion on the anterior tibia. Her condition deteriorated with antibiotic treatment, resulting in weight loss, anemia and tachypnea. She was treated with methylprednisolone followed by intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG).
