- Abstract
Allelic profiles and sequence types of strains were determined in PubMLST website by extracting seven gene regions ( I atp i A, I efp i , I mut i Y, I ppa i , I trp i C, I ure i I, and I yph i C) used in MLST analysis from the genome. I Helicobacter pylori i is a Gram-negative bacterium that colonizes approximately half of the world's population and is associated with chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, and gastric malignancy.1 The genotypes of I H. pylori i strains isolated from human gastric mucosa in different localizations of the world show phylogeographic differentiation. In the phylogenetic analysis, we also obtained an interesting result that our strains, MA77 and MA175, were closely similar to the I H. pylori i strains, bo302 and tur3725, respectively.
