- Abstract
This document contains several abstracts related to pediatric dermatology. The first abstract discusses the long-term improvement in sleep observed in pediatric patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis who were treated with dupilumab over the course of one year. The second abstract presents preliminary results from the IMPEED study, which examines the impact of eczema on educational participation and achievement among children in Ireland. The third abstract focuses on the impact of eczema on social and sporting activities among children in Ireland. The fourth abstract discusses the effectiveness of dupilumab in improving disease severity in children under 12 years old with severe atopic dermatitis. Finally, the fifth abstract describes a phase 2 trial of zabalafin, a novel drug targeting inflammatory and bacterial components of atopic dermatitis, in children. These abstracts provide valuable insights into the understanding and management of atopic dermatitis in pediatric populations.
