- Title
ASSESSING FOR ALIENATION AND ACCESS IN CHILD CUSTODY CASES.
- Authors
Lample, Anita K.
- Abstract
The article assesses and differentiates between alienated children in high-conflict (HC) and non-alienated children in HC custody cases. It reviews five areas where these children were alike and differ. The article also proposes the use of psychological testing in assessing alienated HC children, with a set of differentiation in place, the use of testing that has strong psychometric properties and the use of the testing on directing further interventions for the family unit.
