- Abstract
The article presents information about a study which looks at Library and Information Science professionals in Pakistani public university libraries, and focuses on a survey it gave to library directors to determine their satisfaction with staff members. Topics include whether employees have foreign master's degrees, the number of open positions at their libraries, and recruitment techniques. It also provides conclusions such as needing more professional and non-professional staff members, needing better funding to attract high-caliber employees, and being unable to introduce new services with current staff.
