- Abstract
The article describes the new casino table games evaluation procedure used by the Nevada Gaming Control Board (GCB) as of September 2013. Particular focus is given on the requirement of filing a U.S. patent, the basic requirements for obtaining a U.S. patent and on how such requirements apply to casino table games. Other topics discussed include the policies behind Nevada's New Game Evaluation Procedure and challenges that investors need to address.
