- Abstract
The article describes a case of an older male patient with ankylosing spondylitis. Topics mentioned include the presence of C2-C4 exuberant osteophytes which can cause dysphagia on cervical radiography, the symptoms of diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis, and the use of sulfasalazine and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
