The article focuses on the importance of the protest movement Occupy Wall Street (OWS) at the Wall Street in New York, distributive justice and tax scholarships on the consumption tax. Topics discussed include role of legal scholarships in raising inequality in America, need of tax fairness and its importance for the tax scholars and impact of the OWS as well as the American legal scholarship on the economic regulation. It further discusses the need of distributive justice for social welfare.
