- Abstract
Introduction: Everyday life is a roller coaster of emotions. You may feel on top of the world 1 day because of a high-profile promotion or an awesome grade on a test. Another day, you may feel down in the dumps due to relationship problems, financial troubles, or because you got a flat tire on the way to work. These are normal fluctuations in mood that comes and goes. When your mood starts to have an impact on your daily activities and in your social, educational, and vocational relationships, you may be suffering from a mood disorder. Materials and Methods: The sample size would be about 100 participants. Age group selected was about 14-18 years of children and 18-24 years of adolescents. All the data were collected and statistically analyzed. Results: People the age between 20 and 30 years mostly suffer from the mood disorder it, especially females suffer from it, due to maturational cycle, workload, etc. Conclusion: Solution has been given to the children who were suffering from this disorder. Meditation, psychotherapy, family therapy, neurofeedback, yoga, equine-assisted therapy, acupuncture and massage therapy, and psychodrama are the treatment for which decrease the level of mood disorder.
