- Abstract
This article discusses a rare case of gastric Hodgkin lymphoma in an 87-year-old male patient with a history of coronary artery disease. Despite being on proton pump inhibitors, the patient experienced recurrent upper gastrointestinal bleeding and a non-healing gastric ulcer. Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) was used to diagnose the condition, revealing multiple enlarged peri-gastric lymph nodes with characteristics indicative of Hodgkin's lymphoma. The article emphasizes the role of EUS in diagnosing non-healing gastric ulcers and provides images to support the findings. The authors declare no conflicts of interest.
