- Abstract
The article discusses the breast pathology guideline implementation in low- and middle-income countries (LMCs) from the Breast Health Global Initiative (BHGI). It states that during the third global summit of BHGI in Budapest, Hungary, a group of experts recommended and identified process indicators in several areas including personnel and training, pathology reporting, and tumor staging. It also discusses the vital role of proper training of breast pathologists and laboratory technicians.
