- Abstract
The article discusses research on Goss v. Lopez, a Supreme Court case, which is related to state laws implemented to student suspension procedures in the U.S. It provides a systematic synthesis of the myriad state procedural due process provisions for suspensions of one to ten days for student suspension. It mentions that the methodology used in the research is through survey and was limited to suspensions from schools.
