The article reports on the strategic response of the Bank of England to the financial risks posed by climate change. Topics discussed include the types of financial risks posed by climate change, the steps taken by the Bank of England to promote safety through collaboration with regulated companies to counter the negative effects of climate change and the bank's support of efforts to transition the market into a lower-carbon economy to enhance the British financial system's resiliency.
