- Abstract
The article discusses the decision of the Supreme Court on the case involving foreign ships on American waters. The case Spector v. Norwegian Cruise Line Ltd. is discussed from a choice-of-law perspective and is compared with the Court's other decisions. The American Disabilities Act of 1990 and its relation to the foreign-flagged ships in the territorial waters of the U.S. is also discussed.
