- Abstract
The article discusses the meaning of workplace discrimination along with the recent development in virtual work. It provides information about the impact of virtual performance identity and the protected-class approaches to antidiscrimination law. It explores that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 describes discrimination due to religion, race, and color. It analyzes the benefits and risks of the avatars which are futuristic humanoids that may lead to new forms of discrimination.
