- Abstract
The article discusses a study regarding hospital-acquired infections in several hospitals in South Korea. It mentions that the hospital-acquired infections are a countrywide problem even in the most developed countries such as South Korea, Great Britain and the U.S. while pneumonia and septicemia remains the most common causes of death. Several charts drawing the data gathered from the study is also presented.
