- Abstract
In the article, the author discusses why the menstrual exclusion practices in India are a violation of women's constitutional rights to religion and equality. Also cited are the menstrual exclusion practices like denial of the menstruators' rights to pray, touch and cook, as well as the ruling by the Indian Supreme Court in the Sabarimala case stating that the practices were unconstitutional.
