- Abstract
Cooperation between regular teachers and special education teachers is an essential pillar of successful inclusive school models. Legally speaking, multi-professional teams are embedded both in the legal framework and in the regulations of teacher education. This contribution describes the specific preconditions for cooperation in multi-professional teams and discusses practice-oriented skills against the background of empirical studies and the current professional discourse. Furthermore, it provides suggestions for promising learning settings in initial teacher education and professional development.
