The article offers information about jury selection in the U.S., highlighting issues concerning fairness and impartiality of the jury. It discusses two ways on how an attorney can remove a jury from the panel including a challenge for cause and the use of a peremptory challenge. Other issues on the selection of prospective jurors are also discussed.
